1. How long will it take to achieve a tan as dark as Paris Hiltons?
2. Should I use the sunbed daily?
3. For how many minutes?
and please dont go through all the safety precautions (I know you mean well but I have spoken with a doctor about it and I am following his advice strictly)
Thanks x x x
Hey,
I had a pale complexion too, so i started going tanning. I started at 7 1/2 – 9 minutes (depending on bulb strength) every other day, for about 2 weeks. By this time you’ll have some colour and your skin will be used to the bulbs strength.
You can gradually increase your time 1 – 2 minutes every week, but never surpass 18 minutes.
To get the best, even tan make sure your skin is clean, moisturized, and exfoliate at least 1 -2 times a week to get rid of dead skin cells on the body to allow more UVA and UVB rays to be absorbed by your skin.
Wait at least 24 hours between sessions, it takes that amount of time for a tan to appear on your skin. Be cautious if you’re using medications too, as you may burn.
By week 4 or 5 you’ll have a nice even tan, and you can go about twice a week to keep it.
You are suppose to wait at least 24 hours between tans. Start out at 8 minutes once or twice or until you don’t burn then go up to 10 etc. Not sure how long it will take you.

well depending on how pale you are…my boyfriend wanted to get some sun before we went to the lake for a week and had not gotten sun all summer and he’s pale although he does tan. he started at 3 minutes, 4 the next day, then 5 and so on. it’s better to start lower and do it slowly than start quickly. but once you get tan obviously you can go longer.
