I work outside and my arms get tanned and ugly. I wear long pants because of safety regulations. What kind of long sleeved shirt should I get to cover my arms? It gets to 30+ C with humidexes reaching to about 40. It’s irritating to put on sunscreen all the time

definitely cotton because its cool to the skin and also allows air to pass through it easily…and if you sweat to much cotton is very skin friendly because it absorbs sweat easily unlike polyster kind of clothes..also wear cool colors like light blue or white……it looks cool in the eyes making it somehow less warmer…

  1. Pure cotton material.

  2. 100% cotton…absolutely.

  3. You could try for linen or a super-light weight cotton in white or any other light color that won’t absorb heat. Stay away from artificial fabric like polyester, rayon, or nylon because they won’t breathe and will only make you hotter.

  4. get a really thin, really light cotton shirt. NOT POLYESTER!!!!1

  5. I would try a sporting goods store. Lightweight and w/vents. Dicks, Sports Authority, Cabela’s.

  6. Polyester golf shirts. They help keep you cool.

  8. Well white will help reflect the sunlight and keep you cool, do not wear black a this will absorb it and make you feel really warm. A material that breathes and that is loose fitting like cotton will be comfortable to wear. However, i need to point out to you that a shirt or thin top only offers and SPF of 5. Sunscreen is a must and should be worn underneath clothes.
