Will a tanning lamp help spots?

I suffer from mild acne, and was wondering if a facial tanning lamp would help clear them up? I can’t use a full tanning bed, because I am very pale. Any answers appreciated, especially people with experience with this.

For people with pale skin, 20 minutes of sun exposure per day might help with acne. But over exposing your skin to the sun results in skin damage, premature aging, and sometimes even skin irritation. Irritation can cause more acne in the weeks following sun tanning. It’s completely up to you if you want to try a tanning lamp, but if you notice spots, ask yourself if you got sun burnt two weeks prior.

or do only specific tanning lamps work

No, but they can burn you if you stay under it very long.

How long do sunless tans from tanning salons last?

Also, about how much do they cost? I am extremely sick of being sooo pale, I was thinking on turning to a tanning salon (sunless). Any other options?

Depending on how well you take care of it, a spray tan can last anywhere from 5-10 days. Excess swimming, sweating, and showering can all shorten the life of a tan. But moisturizers are a great way to keep it looking great!

A lot of clients "double dip" as well–they’ll get a spray tan and tan in a bed too, so when the spray tan fades, they have a tan underneath.

Spray tans are a great way to look healthy and confident without doing any real damange to your skin. The cost of a spray tan will vary based on where you live, typically starting around $25 and up. Check for specials (like a first time tan rate, or good package deals).

Can I put a seat cover underneath a child safety seat?

I want to protect the cloth seats from all the juice and crumbs, but I don’t want to make it unsafe. Any ideas if I can, and what I could buy? The seats are tan, if you know of a proper seat cover for it.

Q36: My carseat is tight, but I’m worried that it might gouge the fabric or leather in my car. What can I do?

Unfortunately, a good installation does put pressure on your vehicle’s interior fabric. You may put a THIN towel or mat under your carseat to prevent gouges. You must NOT put thick towels or any compressible material under a forward-facing carseat, as this can reduce the safety of your installation.

I see that there are 5 different levels of tanning beds at Darque Tan and I was wondering what the differnce is between them. I want to start tanning about 2-3 times a week and was wondering which is the best bed to use. I don’t understand the difference.

if your super pale start with level one that will get you a good base tan and you wont burn much. If you tan quickly and hardly burn then level two should be okay but i would deff not going higher then level two until youve been going for at least a month or so

I have heard real good things about this car seat and can’t decide on which one. The
Safety 1st Alpha Omega Elite in Sicily pattern which is plush and plum/purple or
Safety 1st Alpha omega elite in Brianna which is a tan and brown with some flower pattern, less plush but i don’t know how i feel about the plush or no plush. Please no one be rude. Anyone own this seat in either pattern or just own it period? Which one should i get? Thank you and happy new year.
don’t be smart with me . What does a song have to do with anything?

I’m not sure where you heard good things but this is NOT a seat that we recommend in the car seat community. As a technician we look for seats that give their money’s worth and will last a child until they can safely be moved up to the next step. This is not one of those seats. I’m guessing you read reviews on the consumer reports or some such thing. Those reviews are given by parents, and most likely parents who have no idea about safety and how a seat should work and what makes a *good* seat. The AOE has one of the lowest harness heights of seats on the market, its outgrown way before a child is ready to be boostered. In fact you should stay away from ANY seat that has 3-in-1 in its name. Your money is better spent on a good convertible seat and then buying a dedicated booster later on when the child is ready.

I’d love to help give you some suggestion but have a few questions first. what is the age, height, and weight of the child that needs the seat? what kind of vehicle? and are there other seats in the vehicle it would need placed next to? and are you practicing extended rear facing? or is the child forward facing?
