What are some good and cheap indoor tanning lotions and what should I be using after my tanning sessions?

I just started tanning, and I bought a lotion that the receptionist suggested and I like it, but I would rather not pay $40 for a bottle of tanning lotion that will only last a couple of weeks. I am currently using an Australian Gold lotion, but I’m not picky. So any one that you could suggest would be greatly appreciated.
