how come tanning lotions are so cheap online?

i got my lotions from amazon for half the listed price.. why are they so cheap? can they be fake? maybe they blend those lotions with water or something? i cant help doubting.. i mean these lotions are like $50 at tanning salons and i got them for only $24. How is this possible?
They can be fake, or just maybe Amazon gets them easier. I’ve gotten tanning lotion for $15. Every place is different, you just don’t know. I think it’s safer to go to a store because you actually KNOW what your buying. Bath and Body works has some for $10 right now actually. Big sale, some stores I heard even have it for $5. Don’t buy that stuff quite yet, look around some at actual stores and see what you find =)
