actually it is true what I said, how can you say its not… Have you tried it? Alot of people from the tropics dont get cancer or have any problems being in the sun all day from there high intake of coconut. also if you take all your vitamins and keep hydrated you will stay healthy. You cant tell me its not true when I know it for a fact, and actually staying out of the sun all together will give you cancer, depression, obesity.

I just want to start by saying that I am not commenting to preach to you about tanning or anything. I used to go tanning a lot. I thought it would be fine because I would always say, “I’m Greek, I never get sun burn” and I wouldn’t. I could go in the tanning bed for 15 minutes and never burn and I totally know how you feel about being kind of addicted. I am only 22, but I made the choice to stop tanning because I want my skin to look as good as it does now in another 20 years (well, almost)

Sorry, but that is not true. Burning is not the only thing that causes damage and cancer. You can get skin cancer from being in the sun even for only a few minutes a day, even if you don’t even get a tan. Sun damage is usually built up over many years and even if you don’t get cancer, it causes wrinkles, discoloration, age spots, which is not something I want. People who never get sun burn can get skin cancer. Not to be rude, but I would do some research before it’s too late.
