How do you change the lamps in a tanning bed?

I have a SunQuest Pro 24 RS tanning bed and I am trying to change the lams in the bed but I am not exactly sure. I have a good idea but I wanna make sure I am doing it the right way so I don’t break anything. Is there someone out there that knows about tanning beds or that has changed the lamps in a bed before?
