What is the UK minimum age for piercings without consent, and to use tanning beds?

Hi I live in Blackpool, England, and I am wanting to know what is the minimum age to get ear piercings without consent, minimum age to get other bodily/facial piercings without consent, and the minimum age to use tanning beds in the UK.

16 for all piercings except for genital, you have to be 18 for them.
16 for sunbeds.
