New to tanning beds: What is the safest number of times I can go a week?

I’ve just recently started going tanning, but I’d like to get tan somewhat fast but I’d like to do it as safely as possible.
I know tanning beds are safe to begin with.. but how many times a week can I go?

uh….tanning beds aren’t really safe to begin with….just thought i’d let you know…. They are linked with an increased risk of cancer. A way to get tan while being completely safe is to do the spray or mist tanning. I’ve done it numerous times and as long as you follow the directions you should end up with some gorgeous glow. Most tanning places offer spray tanning as well as tanning beds now….
