   if you want to be protected from tanning beds.. don’t go!! just use a bronzing lotion like Jergans. that way you get to be tan, stays on longer, and you dont get UVA and UVB rays.

   There are lots of creams and lotions with several different uses… if you go like every two days you should stay tan but not burnt also you may want to ask them if they putt new bulbs in that day if so then you may want to lower your time
