The UV rays in tans can damage your skin if you stay in there too long and can give you cancer faster than being out in the regular sun can.

I use tanning beds…
it’s better not too coz of risks that doctors say they have but i do it mostly in the summer

Yeah they are bad, jesus, people are stupid. They cause SKIN CANCER. The only reason tanning beds and the sun make you browner is because it kills and mutates your skin cells. It's DAMAGED, BURNT skin!

However, these enzymes do not always repair the DNA successfully, and all this unrepaired damage can lead to mutations that increase the RISK OF SKIN CANCER. Also, repeated unprotected sun exposure can cause photoaging – wrinkles, sagging skin, and spots associated with sun damage.
