When you start out tanning you should only go every other day for a little bit so you wont burn. You can go everyday though, but I wouldn't go in for the full time when starting out because you could easily get burnt. Just start out for half the full time everyday or whatever your skin can handle, you should know by now how easily you burn. It also depends how powerful of a tanning bed you are in. Let's make this simple, *ANY* time spent tanning either outside or in a bed is bad for you, it damages your skin causing premature aging and skin cancer. Just buy a good bottle of fake tanner, it looks totally natural and won't kill you.
