i lay in the tanning bed about 3-4 times a week, for 10-20 mins, depending on how i’m feeling.
besides skin cancer, and aging does tanning beds have any other effects?
Isn’t that enough?

So, I know tanning beds are stronger but I don’t know if they do the same damage that the sun does. I would like to know if the tanning beds do more damage because there fake uv rays or if it’s the same? I’m not sure.

I am very fair skinned and burn easily (even through sunblock spf 50)…Tanning salons tout being a safe alternative to the sun but #1 are they safe? and #2 can they work on someone who just doesn’t tan? and #3 can you suggest any good self tanning products?

Why is it that tanning beds make your skin orange? I know some of it has to do with the lotion, but I have tanned without lotion and it still makes my skin a little orange of a tint so I just quit, because it looks gross. Any ideas?
